Grail or Fail: Maybelline Eyestudio creamshadow

Hey girls! so today I wanted to review a great product that an ahmazing friend of mine got me! Ok so the trio I'm going to be review is the Maybelline eystudio creamshadow in 25 neatral!

I love this product because it is supper creamy and has verry nice color payoff. All the color blend together verry well and this specific trio has verry nice everyday natrual colours. Another thing I really like about this pallet is that the first color (circled in red) is a perfect dupe for M.A.C's Painterly Paint pot (16.50$) and the maybelline trio is only a third of the price for three cream shadows! I also like how you can build up all the colors too creat a very bold look, you can also wear all this and blend to make it look really natrual and sweet. My favourite of the three shadows is the mauve brown color (circled in blue).
Considering that this product is only 7$ there are a few flaws. Firstly all the colors look much more pigmneted on your hand then they do on your eylids. Another flaw is that these eyeshadows really crease, even with a great primer.

So in my opinion this product (even though it does have a few flaws) is a grail product! I justify this because for its price it is a great product.

Tutorial: Gingerbread

Hey girlies! Today's tutorial is a Holiday Gingerbread look! The eyes are very nutral and gold and the rest of the face is inspired by the frosting and decorations on my gingerbread man! So hope you all enjoy <3

Starting by concealing all your blemishes, and once everthing has been done set your makeup with a translucent powder! Now moving towards your eye area, prime your eyelides. Then Using a shimmery bronze eyeshadow put this all over your lid! Then using a dark brown color blend this out to the crease (I'm using Satin Taupe from M.A.C). Now using a clear glitter add htis over your bronze to add more sparkle! Next I added pink between the brown and bronze, blend this out really well so it does not look cakey!!!! Lastly I lined my water line with a bronze flat eyliner from NYC (Shout out: Thanks Heather for getting me that! I love it!!)

Ok now your eyes are done! Moving on to my cheeks, you want them to look very playful! I'm making them very bright and frosty ,like you've been out in the cold for a long time! Ok so I started by using Maybelline's blush in Cranberry Frost, I just dotted this onto my cheeks (do not blend!!) Then using a bright pink eyeshadow (yes. I said eyeshadow) apply this to the apples of your cheeks, now you can blend your blush in a circular motion!

Now moving on to our lips! Conceal around your lips to start (this makes your lips appear fuller and bigger). Then using a red lip liner fill in your lips (Don't just line them, filling them in provides a long lasting base!!) Then using an angled lip brush get a bright red color on the brush and apply this to your lips (I'm using channel's rouge red, which I stole from my mother!). Now add a little bit of gloss, (I'm using MARK'S cranberry red). Now your lips are done, to add a little more emphasis to your lips you can add some highlit to your cupids bow!
Hahha! I was Daydreaming <3

Loving the rosy cheeks!

don't over do your eyes make them soft and sweet
Well that's all for the tutorial :) I hope all your girls have a great christmas/holiday season :) Comment and what you like and dont like <3

Review: Lush Holiday :)

Hey guys :) This review also includes opinions from a fellow Lush lover :) For all of your who don't know what Lush is here's a lil background! Lush is a cosmetics comapny and all their products are hand made! They are most popular for the bath goodies. We're gonna talk about three of their holiday products! so hope you enjoy <3

If your a lush person like me you already know about the amazing once in a year product SnowFairy! And if you don't here's our opinion! Snow fairy smells like candy and bubble gum and is perfect for the candy lovers! It's a super sweet sugary pink showergel with glitter! Snowfairy only comes out during the christmas season but if you want a sent like that you can always try the "God Mother" which is a soap that is year round! My favourite thing about Snowfairy (other than the sent) is how well it lathers, it is soo creamy and the smell lingers on your body (it's not overlly scented though!)

The next product is a bubble bar! Bubble bars are like a solid bubble bath that you crumble under the water to create a creamy bubbly bath. Christmas eve bubble bar is great if you need a before bed calming bath, it helps calm you down and smells amazing in the bath! The bubbles are very hollywood style, and relaxing.

The last thing we love is Snow Cake Soap! Now in my opinion this smells like a bakery, and is discribed as an almond Icing soap! My favourite thing about this soap is it is soo creamy! and very milky! I love this product because it is soo realxing!

Tutorial: Sugar Plum

Hey guys :)
This look was inspired by the holiday season's, and is perfect for christmas party's!
Apply your favourite foundation and concealer and the move on to the eye area, start by primming the eye lids (try to use nutral skin shades.) Then using NYX "pure gold" jumbo eye pencil apply this up to the crease. then using a bronze/gold eyeshadow apply this over your base. Once you have applied this create a smokey look using a light purple eyeshadow, once it has all been applied smoke out the edges of the purple and blend it in with the gold. Now your eyes are done :) (add falsh eyelashes or eyliner for a more dramtic affect)

Now it's time to work on your lips! Using a light purple lip pencile fill in your lips (this will provide a base for your lipstick.) Now pick your favourite light shade of purple lipstick and using a lip brush paint this on to your lips. Once you have evenly applied this add some gold lipstick in the cneter of your lips.

Hope you guys enjoyed this Holiday look <3 Comment letting me now what you liked and didnt like :)
